If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it arrived damaged, please let us know by e-mailing sales@circa1873.com or call 866.549.1066 within seven days and we will work with you to either resolve the issue or refund your purchase price via a credit card refund less shipping charges. After contacting us, please return the unused portion of the product to us with the receipt enclosed via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and insure the package, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping.
